Lead Our Clinical Research Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our Clinical Research Unit in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Supervisors Team and indirectly accountable for a team of 40+ people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team
  • Perform full-cycle performance management, including goal setting, managing KPIs, performance discussions, development and career progression, discipline conversations when needed
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices throughout the lab, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains
  • Perform full oversight of on-site client audits
Requirements:
  • Substantial proven track record of progressive and proven leadership responsibilities in a clinical research, Lab or related business environment
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, especially developing supervisors who have to oversee large teams
  • Profound experience in carrying out performance appraisals, team goal achievement initiatives, mentoring and training
  • BSc in science or medical fields
  • Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred
