Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:
Direct and manage the comprehensive lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, from the initial design phase to final execution. Guarantee that all projects align with the established plan, schedule, and financial parameters.

Technical Proficiency:

Utilize your engineering expertise to address intricate challenges, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure that all technical elements of the project conform to the required standards.


Stakeholder Communication:
Foster exceptional communication with all parties involved, including internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers. Cultivate and maintain robust working relationships to facilitate seamless project execution.

Project Scheduling:
Create and manage the sequencing of project activities, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.

Site Oversight and Documentation:
Consistently monitor on-site activities to verify adherence to project specifications and standards. Prepare and manage all necessary site documentation, ensuring precision and compliance.

Meetings and Coordination:

Actively participate in project meetings, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.


Risk Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential challenges early and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Labor Management:
Supervise and manage site personnel, ensuring effective resource allocation and high productivity levels.

Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols, upholding the highest standards of safety practices on-site.

Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant industry qualifications.

Project Management Experience:
Demonstrated experience in overseeing large-scale, high-value electrical engineering projects.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software. Strong IT skills, including the use of project management and office software.

Communication Skills:
