Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, from initial planning and design through to completion of the M&E works. Ensure all projects are delivered according to the plan, programme, and budget.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your technical engineering experience to solve complex challenges, provide innovative solutions, and ensure that all technical aspects of the project meet the required standards.
- Communication: Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers. Build and sustain strong working relationships to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Site Monitoring and Documentation: Regularly monitor on-site electrical works to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Meetings and Coordination: Attend and actively participate in project meetings, coordinating with all parties to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk analysis and management to identify potential issues early and implement effective mitigation strategies for the electrical install.
- Relevant electrical industry qualifications.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, high-value electrical engineering projects within the building services field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software. Strong IT skills, including the use of project management and office software.
- In-depth knowledge of H&S regulations and best practices within the engineering and construction industries.
