Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects and collaborate with our talented team of designers, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products and solutions.
  • User Research: Conduct user research to gain insights into target users' behaviors, goals, and pain points.
  • Design Execution: Plan and execute design projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and motivate teams to achieve design goals.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of design strategy and product development lifecycle.
  • Experience in design tools such as Figma.
  • Significant experience in creating UI solutions for native apps, responsive websites, or mobile sites.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of agile principles and how they can be applied to complex spaces and teams.
