Job Title: Marketing and Communications Specialist

**About the Role**

Vanda Research is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and maintain our company's online presence, including our website and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry partners, and vendors.
  • Manage and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
