Position Overview

Attribution Search is currently collaborating with a prominent Asset Management firm to enhance their Investor Services division.

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated MI & Reporting Analyst to join the team on a fixed-term contract. This role is integral to the Sales and Client Support operations, focusing on the production of essential Management Information (MI) for the Business Development (BD) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation of internal MI, including:
    • Shareholder registers
    • Flow summaries
    • Monthly MI packs
    • Revenue analysis
    • Board papers
  • Oversee the external provision of fund data to data vendors and third parties.
  • Support Operations, the RFP team, and external vendors in enhancing and streamlining processes.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Data Reporting and Data Manipulation.
  • Proficiency in handling large datasets.
  • Strong Excel skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication abilities, particularly with senior management, as the data will be utilized in investor meetings.

Backgrounds in Data Operations, Operations, or Client Services are highly desirable. We look forward to engaging with candidates who are ready to make a significant impact in this role.
