Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Office Manager to oversee our office operations and lead a team of professionals. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business processes and contributing to our strategic objectives.

Salary:
£30k-£50k

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of six, focusing on daily operational management and strategic enhancements.
  • Supervise the execution of various client projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Enhance client acquisition and retention through effective relationship management and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate aviation needs, foster client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions leveraging global partnerships.
  • Oversee all operational functions, including sales, procurement, shipping, and human resources.
  • Implement strategic business investments to drive growth.
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs and receive ongoing mentorship from senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with international leaders on strategic initiatives and project execution.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the aerospace and/or defense sector is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client engagements and industry events.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on fostering an inclusive workplace.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal, across diverse cultures.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous and dynamic environments.
