Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Fleet, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our product. You will work closely with our engineering team to identify and prioritize testing efforts, develop and execute testing plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve overall product quality.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute testing plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our product.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve overall product quality.
  • Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Identify and report defects to the engineering team, providing clear and concise documentation of issues.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement solutions to defects and improve overall product quality.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a product quality, QA, or testing role.
  • Experience working with engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and scrum methodologies.
  • A customer-centric mindset, focusing on delivering value and a positive user experience.
