Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a role model for the team and support the Team Manager in operational duties.
  • Proactively engage with clients to meet individual and team goals.
  • Showcase expertise in Brand and product knowledge, with a focus on Diamond Expertise & High Jewelry Sales.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support team members in their growth and performance improvement.

  • Passionate about luxury retail and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of luxury products and services.
