Pension Software Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Procentia - Pensions Software Solutions. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business areas, including Professional Services, Training, Client Support, and Workplace Experience, as well as our US operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist people advice and guidance to key stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on hands-on support and coaching.
- Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure effective recruitment strategies and processes.
- Support the development and implementation of our People strategy, aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with our People and Talent Assistant to ensure seamless administration and automation of HR processes.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, both orally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
- Proven work experience as a HR Advisor or similar, including recruitment.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a technical/software business environment.
- Self-starter with a keen sense of personal and professional development, embracing change and seeking feedback.
