About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Procentia - Pensions Software Solutions. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist people advice and guidance to key stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on the Professional Services, Training, Client Support, and Workplace Experience teams.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure effective recruitment strategies and processes are in place.
  • Support the development and implementation of people processes, policies, and procedures, including employee relations, immigration, and payroll.
  • Collaborate with the Group Head of People to align and ensure the delivery of the People strategy and projects in line with business area goals and overall company objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a HR Advisor or similar, including recruitment.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
