Pension Software Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Procentia - Pensions Software Solutions. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist people advice and guidance to key stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on the Professional Services, Training, Client Support, and Workplace Experience teams.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure effective recruitment strategies and processes are in place.
- Support the development and implementation of people processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the People and Talent Assistant to ensure effective administration and management of HR systems and processes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to line managers to develop their people management skills and capabilities.
- Proven experience as a HR Advisor or similar, including recruitment.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Keen on personal and professional development, with a commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
