Requirements:

* Proven track record in Residential Lettings
* Self-starter with strong internal and external relationships
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Hunger to earn and drive to work hard
* Willingness to continuously develop yourself
* Strong knowledge of Solihull and surrounding areas
* Experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator
* Understanding of market trends and marketing cycle
* Ability to build and sustain long-term performance

* On-target earnings of up to £70,000 per year
