About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consumer PR Account Manager to join our dynamic PR & Social team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional earned media results across various sectors, including travel, hospitality, and home and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert consultancy and guidance.
  • Drive accounts, campaigns, and PR programs forward, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Create engaging PR content that resonates with key media and audiences.
  • Lead media relations efforts, securing regular sell-ins with key media outlets.
  • Provide briefs for other departments and external service providers, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Manage account teams, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with directors to ensure work is on time, of high quality, and meets client expectations.
  • Engage with specialist teams across the agency, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Measure impact and report results, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Established experience in consumer PR, ideally within the tourism, hospitality, home, and lifestyle sectors.
  • A keen eye for storytelling and a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape.
  • Confident communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Good time management and a basic knowledge of digital and social media channels.
