JGA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems and Payroll Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead on small-scale implementation and enhancement projects for HRIS and payroll systems.
- Manage and run end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the HR database, maintaining data integrity and generating reports and dashboards as required.
- Act as the primary liaison between the outsourced payroll provider and employees, resolving queries and issues.
- Sign off on monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Demonstrable career history in HRIS and HR data, preferably with experience in Resourcelink.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, HR data, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
