Role SummaryEH20 Group is seeking a Graduate Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing support to facilitate the identification and acquisition of new sites, as well as managing site upgrades and estate management tasks.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will be a dedicated, degree-qualified individual or recent graduate with a RICS accredited degree, eager to make a significant impact in the telecommunications sector, representing leading mobile operators.
Professional DevelopmentOur organization is committed to assisting candidates in achieving professional membership with RICS through our Graduate program. Candidates are expected to be or willing to work towards obtaining professional qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Acquisition Surveyors, Senior Acquisition Surveyors, and the Project Team.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of RICS professional statements and guidance notes relevant to property and telecommunications.
- Review lease agreements to identify rights and obligations.
- Organize and participate in site surveys.
- Assist in the submission of necessary notifications and applications to Local Planning Authorities, including participation in committee and community meetings.
- Foster client relationships at the project level.
- Adhere to HSQE Policies.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite effectively.
