Operations Planner - Data Centre Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Planner to join our team in London, Docklands. As an Operations Planner, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and coordination of maintenance requests and workflows within the Data Centre Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain high-level plans and maintenance schedules for activities across the data centre campus.
  2. Monitor and track department projects, reporting on progress and highlighting risks and potential delays.
  3. Update the FM shift attendance register, highlighting gaps in attendance.
  4. Audit the CAFM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date data integrity.
  5. Review assets on the CAFM system to ensure the correct setup of planned works for third-party sub-contractors and the current FM provider.
  6. Ensure newly handed over assets are correctly configured on the CAFM system.
  7. Oversee the receipt of service reports for each scheduled maintenance task and identify any gaps or risks.
  8. Assist with the smooth approval of monthly FM billing applications by reviewing completed works.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in a Facilities Maintenance coordination role or similar.
  3. Preferably experience in Asset Management.
  4. Experience in the data centre sector or telecommunications sector is a bonus although training will be provided.
