About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Banking Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion, and providing expert advice on our commercial lending and banking products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive growth and expansion in the local market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Provide expert advice on our commercial lending and banking products, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service
  • Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers

Requirements

  • Proven track record in commercial banking or a related field
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending and banking products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
