Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geographic Analyst to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our geographic information systems (GIS) team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality geographic and demographic materials for marketing and market analysis purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced GIS solutions to support business growth and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Design and develop customized maps and reports to meet the needs of internal clients.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to colleagues on GIS best practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in GIS analysis and mapping, with a strong understanding of geographic and demographic data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in GIS software and tools, including ArcGIS and QGIS.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and quality.
