Office Administrator Opportunity at Reed Brighton

Reed Brighton is partnering with a leading global Insurance company to find a part-time Office Administrator to join their team for 14 hours a week, working two days a week at their Worthing office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary reception coverage and ensure a professional welcome for clients and visitors.
  • Manage office supplies, including procurement and inventory control.
  • Ensure adherence to office documentation, policies, and procedures, and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Coordinate administrative onboarding and offboarding for joiners and leavers based in the Worthing Office.
  • Maintain office equipment, including coordinating maintenance service calls.
  • Coordinate catering needs for client and office meetings.
  • Ensure office and kitchen supplies are maintained to expected levels.
  • Coordinate archiving of documentation stored offsite and arrange retrieval as required.
  • Collaborate with building management to ensure regular fire drills are conducted.
Essential Criteria:
  • Previous office administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
