Position Overview

As a key member of the operations team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the sewage treatment facilities. This position is crucial for the seamless functioning of our wastewater management systems, ensuring we meet the needs of our customers while safeguarding the environment.

Location
Base Location: Rye Meads.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 38 hours per week, including participation in a call-out rota with additional compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain safe and efficient operations at our treatment sites, adhering to environmental regulations.
  • Monitor, inspect, and maintain operational equipment, promptly reporting any issues for swift resolution.
  • Take responsibility for health and safety practices, addressing concerns proactively.
  • Compile and report operational data to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile

  • Flexibility to work within a rotating schedule, including weekends and standby duties.

  • A desire to learn and manage complex processes with attention to quality.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and performance tracking.
  • A valid UK Driving License.
