About the Role

Compass is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Practitioner to join our Mental Health Support Team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the new service and developing your career in mental health support to children, young people, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and the community.
  • Work alongside colleagues to develop Compass Wave 12 MHSTs, focusing on building partnerships with education settings and driving highly effective and CYPF-focused mental health and wellbeing services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including education settings, families, and community groups.
  • Contribute to the development of the service, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
