### Job Title: Residential Property Legal Secretary

### Job Summary

TN Recruits Law is seeking a highly organized and proactive Residential Property Legal Secretary to support their dynamic team in Ashford. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication with clients and third parties.

### Key Responsibilities

* Liaise with clients on behalf of the solicitor, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely responses to queries
* Audio dictation and document preparation, utilizing conveyancing systems to track progress and manage cases
* Opening and closing property files, handling Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and ordering searches, official copies, and Companies House documents
* Involvement in Stamp Duty Land Tax (calculations, submissions, and payments), regular contact with estate agents and other third parties
* Keeping the fee earner updated on the progress of matters, providing direct support to 1 fee earner, with flexibility to assist others when required

### Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in residential property is desirable, but commercial property experience will be considered
* Excellent communication and client liaison skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in conveyancing systems and processes, with a strong understanding of property law and regulations

### What We Offer

* Competitive salary: £24,000 - £26,000
* Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with a supportive and flexible office environment
