Lead the Way in Fitness and Wellbeing

Nuffield Health Covent Garden FWC is seeking a passionate and qualified Group Exercise Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, teaching classes, and developing our class and timetable offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach classes in the studio and pool, ensuring a high-quality experience for our members.
  • Develop and implement new class and timetable offerings, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and budget constraints.
  • Support the team in maintaining health and safety standards, as well as codes of practice.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained, promoting a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Promote all health assessments, classes, and programmes offered by Nuffield Health, highlighting their benefits to our members.
  • Follow established procedures for opening and closing the Centre, as well as processing membership payments.
