Physiotherapist - Paediatric Orthopaedics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist physiotherapy services to children and young people with orthopaedic conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Specialist Physiotherapy Services
- Responsible for the assessment, treatment, and management of children and young people with orthopaedic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior physiotherapists and students.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy policies and procedures.
- Provide education and training to junior physiotherapists and students.
- Contribute to research and audit projects to improve physiotherapy services.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- NHS experience
- Orthopaedic experience
- Paediatric experience
- Two years post-grad experience
- Evidence of working within paediatric physiotherapy
- Evidence of management or leadership training
- Previous experience of supervision and clinical education (clinicians and students)
- Good knowledge of clinical governance
- Experience in acute respiratory physio
- Evidence of experience collecting stats/data analysis
- Experience casting
