POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Development Executive adopts a proactive, results-oriented approach, characterized by strong communication skills. This role is primarily responsible for generating new sales opportunities by reaching out to qualified marketing leads, engaging with prospects through various channels, and ensuring diligent follow-up on leads. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate presales activities to build a high-quality lead pipeline.
  • Meet product demonstration and opportunity targets through strategic lead development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing initiatives and qualified business prospects.
  • Inform customers about product features and advantages to guide them in selecting the best solutions for their needs.
  • Maintain a consistent level of engagement in lead development through calls and emails.
  • Maximize outbound efforts to exceed quotas for calls and qualified meetings.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with customers, connecting leads with sales teams.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure successful sales completion and operational requirements.
  • Leverage existing contacts to uncover additional prospects through referrals.
  • Accurately track all activities in the CRM system to support account management, validate lead qualification reports, and provide sales team members with comprehensive prospect insights for smooth transitions into the sales process.
