We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business success.
About the Role:As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Developing and implementing business plans to meet sales and profit targets
- Managing payroll budgets and rotas to optimize performance
- Maintaining accurate business records and reporting on key metrics
- Ensuring seamless operations during your absence, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Driving team performance and results through coaching and mentoring
- Providing exceptional guest service and managing room bookings and enquiries
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership position, with a track record of driving business growth and improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders and team members
- Strong business acumen, with experience in preparing P&Ls and managing budgets
- Ability to set measurable goals and drive team performance through coaching and mentoring
- Experience in delivering technical training and development content, with a focus on staff development and growth
