Pet Care Customer Service Representative

You will also assist furry patients during check-ins and weigh-ins, ensuring they feel as relaxed as a cat basking in the sun.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm greeting to clients and their pets, creating a friendly atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

Ensure that every visitor feels valued and at ease.

Effective Communicator:

Handle phone inquiries and email correspondence with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Manage appointment scheduling, send reminders, and keep the calendar organized.

Inform clients about available services, treatments, and products.

Pet Owner Advocate:

Assist pet owners with bookings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Help clients understand treatment plans and follow-up care details.

Process payments and manage billing with precision and care.

Team Collaborator:

Work alongside veterinarians, nurses, and other staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations.
