About the Role
We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Finance Trainee to join our Finance department on a contractual basis. This role will involve a hybrid working style, adhering to the operational hours of 9:00am-5:00pm (35 hours per week).

As a Finance Trainee, you will report directly to the Payments Manager and will work under guidance to ensure that financial data is processed within established deadlines and in line with departmental policies and procedures. You will also engage in Apprenticeship milestones with Total People, benefiting from 20% of your time dedicated to learning and development.

The salary structure is age-dependent and exceeds the Government's recommendations for National Minimum Wage & Living Wage:

Under 18: £14,955 per annum for Year 1

18-20: £16,623 per annum for Year 1

Under 21: £17,800 per annum for Year 2

21 & Over: £20,974 per annum for Years 1-2

Essential Qualifications:

  • GCSE Level 5 in Maths and English (or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2).
