As a Youth Support Facilitator, your responsibilities will include:
· Assisting young individuals to thrive and evolve within a supportive and caring atmosphere.
· Aiding young people in various aspects of their lives, including personal care.

- Ensure that the care provided aligns with the organization's mission and objectives
- Execute the planned activities for individual children and groups
- Contribute to the care planning and behavioral management strategies for children in the facility
- Show dedication to personal and professional growth by participating in training and enhancing practices
- Communicate professionally with children's guardians, social services, or other relevant entities regarding the care provided
- Perform household tasks to maintain acceptable hygiene and upkeep, ensuring the environment remains in good condition
Ideal Candidate Profile:
· We seek individuals who are passionate and eager to assist children and young people with additional needs.
· Candidates should have experience working with children exhibiting behavioral challenges, including those with additional learning needs, Autism, or ADHD, although this is not mandatory.
· Possess an empathetic and understanding demeanor, with a commitment to helping children achieve their goals.
· Demonstrate resilience and the ability to manage challenging behaviors in a compassionate and thoughtful manner.
