We are in search of friendly, versatile candidates for customer support and warehouse operations who excel in high-pressure environments and provide outstanding customer service while assisting in warehouse duties. A Full UK driving license is essential as driving a company vehicle will be required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Customer Support:
Managing incoming inquiries, responding to emails, assessing and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction, going above and beyond to engage clients, managing stock purchases, overseeing general operations at the point of sale, liaising with team members, and providing customers with timely updates. Proficiency in IT would be beneficial.
Warehouse Operations:
Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, receiving shipments, conducting inventory counts, managing shipping processes, handling goods in, and executing general warehouse tasks. A forklift license is advantageous but can be acquired during employment.
