Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional brand marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts for a premium hot beverages brand. As Head of Marketing and Brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive brand engagement, consumption, and awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned to a 5-year strategic vision
  • Lead the marketing team to create engaging content and drive consumer acquisition
  • Work with the eCommerce team to drive ongoing consumer understanding and refine the DTC strategy
  • Manage external comms and PR agencies to deliver the plan
  • Lead and inspire the internal marketing team to activate the plan effectively
Requirements
  • Proven brand marketing skills with experience in both consumer and trade marketing
  • Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans, social media strategy, and brand content creation
  • Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional results
  • Leadership experience including managing and coaching direct reports, and working cross-functionally to drive projects
