We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a seasoned Customer Service Advisor to become part of the UK's premier Accident and Collision Repair specialists.

As a vital member of our team of dedicated Customer Service Advisors, you will represent our Bodyshops. Your responsibilities will include scheduling customer vehicles for repair, preparing job documentation, and providing updates on vehicle status to clients. You will also coordinate and assign courtesy vehicles for customers and manage financial transactions, ensuring meticulous attention to banking and security protocols, as well as handling excess payments on specific insurance policies.

Acting as the initial point of contact, you will engage directly with customers, the bodyshop, and any external parties to guarantee a superior customer experience.
