About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer to join our team at NFU Energy. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of energy-related projects, from electric and heat generation to fuel sustainability and compliance with incentive schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
- Liaise with clients, 3rd parties, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success
- Manage time and resources effectively, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed
- Lead and develop a small team of Project Engineers, Graduates, and/or Apprentices
- Communicate effectively with delivery and service teams to ensure project delivery meets quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in energy-related projects, with a strong understanding of energy industry regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format
- Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professionally qualified Engineer, with a strong understanding of energy-related technologies and systems
