We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Sales Specialist to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and winning new business at a local and regional level across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong clinical and commercial relationships within hospitals to provide smart purchasing solutions to healthcare professionals.
- Sell a portfolio of x-ray equipment, including ultrasound and x-ray scanners, to key decision-makers.
- Work closely with clinicians, radiographers, radiologists, procurement, and finance contacts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Focus on continuously winning new opportunities with a relentless sales approach.
- Be client-facing and field-based a minimum of 2 days per week across the territory.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of selling x-ray solutions into the NHS.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for imaging.
What We Offer:
- Basic salary: £50,000-£60,000 (DOE)
- Commission: up to £40,000 uncapped
- Car allowance: £5,000pcm
- Laptop and mobile phone provided
- 25 days holiday + stats
