About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Caretaker to join our team at the University of West London. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up classrooms and event spaces as per end-user requirements
  • Maintaining the grounds, including litter picking, jet washing, and grass cutting
  • Daily maintenance checks of all classrooms and facilities
  • Participating in walkarounds and site inspections to ensure readiness for events
  • Assisting with the relocation of internal departments
  • Daily collection of post from the depot
