Key Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of Year 2 learners.

· Utilize effective teaching methodologies to motivate and inspire students.

· Evaluate and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable goals.

· Collaborate with fellow educators to create curriculum resources and share effective teaching strategies.

· Ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respectful interactions and positive relationships.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline.

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.

· Demonstrated experience teaching Year 2 students in a primary education setting.

· Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Capacity to differentiate instruction to accommodate individual learning needs.

· Commitment to ongoing professional growth and staying informed about current educational trends.

· Flexibility and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
