Office Support Specialist

- Admin-AM- £12.05
- Admin-PM- £12.43
Work Schedule:
Flexible shifts: 5 out of 7 days, including weekends. Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 20:00.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an administrative professional, you will be tasked with executing various office functions, including the establishment of inventory management systems, procurement and management of stock and non-stock items, identifying suppliers, overseeing document control, and providing technical guidance.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Access to personal transportation
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Competent computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS:
- Initial health and safety orientation provided by site management. Potential hazards include forklift accidents, which may involve collisions with vehicles, pedestrians, or stationary objects.
- Risks of slips and trips due to wet or cluttered floors, uneven surfaces, or improperly stored items.
- Manual handling of heavy objects can lead to injuries if proper techniques are not adhered to.
- Noise levels in the factory may pose a risk; ear protection will be supplied.
- Injuries may occur from the use of power tools and machinery.
