About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting the internal IT requirements of our organisation. You will be part of a team of four service desk analysts, working closely with our IT team to resolve first- and second-line support requests, incidents, and IT queries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-class IT support to our users, ensuring the highest levels of support and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve first- and second-line support requests, incidents, and IT queries within agreed SLAs.
- Support our Office 365 environment, including Exchange online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Provide VPN Client support and administer Active Directory/Azure services.
- Perform software and hardware installations, laptop and mobile phone management, and application support.
- Ensure all support requests are logged and managed on our IT Service management tool.
- Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours emergency cover.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of troubleshooting and application support, and general IT knowledge.
- Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, a customer-focused approach to your work, and a desire to deliver the very highest standards of support.
