Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Vantage Recruitment Careers. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the development of SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic
  • Design and implement compelling email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and prospects
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including PPC, to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content creation strategies and produce high-quality content for product launches, press releases, and newsletters
  • Work closely with the European marketing team to align digital marketing efforts and ensure consistency across markets
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies, including Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Cloud
