Digital Marketing Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at KITRI. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing conversion rates through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daily digital operations across e-commerce, performance, and email marketing to drive sales growth and increase conversion rates.
- Drive conversion by creating a smooth and exciting customer journey through best-in-class UX, UI, and navigation on our website.
- Collaborate closely with our Brand and Content Manager to secure the right level of content for our marketing channels, including packshots, e-commerce & lookbook imagery, video, and campaign assets.
- Align our digital strategy and calendar to ensure timely and successful collection launches and promotions.
- Oversee performance marketing channel activity, ensuring all channels meet ROI and CPA targets through continuous testing and optimizations.
- Contribute to the development of our overall marketing budget and its management.
- Lead and manage external digital agencies (performance marketing & web development).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of management experience in e-commerce and marketing, preferably as a senior assistant for a fashion business ready to take the next step.
- Ability to analyze data and convert insight into action.
- Solid understanding of SEO and performance marketing.
- Solid experience of email marketing platform - Klaviyo preferable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and excellent written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with productivity tools.
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with photo editing software is a plus.
