Marketing Manager

We’re looking for performance-driven and hands-on Marketing Manager to play a key role within our team.
Working closely with the founder and operations director, you will be responsible for managing daily marketing operations across e-commerce, performance and CRM.
You are the customer, and customer-obsessed, always putting them at the heart of everything you do. You truly understand our customer and what makes them tick, and use this knowledge to deliver exceptional online experience for our customers and meet sales objectives.

Responsibilities —
- Manage and execute daily digital operations across e-commerce, performance and email marketing to drive sales growth and increase conversion rate.
- Drive conversion by creating a smooth and exciting customer journey through best-in-class UX, UI and navigation on website
- Collaborate closely with Brand and Content Manager to secure right level of content to be used across the marketing channels, including packshots, e-commerce & lookbook imagery, video and campaign assets
- Align digital strategy and calendar to ensure timely and successful collection launches and promotions
- Own the ecommerce promotional calendar and manage the end-to-end delivery of promotional activity to meet sales target
- Oversee performance marketing channel activity ensuring all channels meet ROI and CPA targets through continuous testing and optimisations
- Build and lead an innovative email strategy to increase customer base and promote loyalty
- Contribute to the development of the overall marketing budget and its management
- Lead and manage external digital agencies (performance marketing & web development)
- Analyse and report on KPI’s
Skills and Qualifications —
- 3+ years with management experience in e-commerce and marketing, preferably as a senior assistant for a fashion business ready to take the next step.
- Extensive knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics
- Ability to analyse data and convert insight into action
- Solid understanding of SEO and performance marketing
- Solid experience of email marketing platform - Klaviyo preferable
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and always striving for excellence in every aspect of your work
- Experience working in a small team but work well autonomously, and be a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management and coordination with external agencies
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and take initiative
- Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and excellent written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with productivity tools ∙ Basic graphic design skills and experience with photo editing software is a plus.
