Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our reception team, you will be the first point of contact for service users, carers, visitors, and professionals.
Main Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls and emails, and liaising with service users, clinicians, and external agencies. You will also be responsible for scanning and uploading information onto our electronic patient record, Lorenzo.
Requirements
- Experience working in a busy reception or office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Lorenzo, our electronic patient record system
