We are looking for a committed and skilled Clinical Psychologist to take on a leadership role within our Neurodevelopmental Pathway. This essential position focuses on providing thorough assessment and diagnostic support for children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Neurodevelopmental Pathway, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assessments, diagnoses, and support services for children and adolescents.
2. Conduct and interpret comprehensive assessments, including ADOS and ADI, to facilitate informed diagnostic processes and the creation of customized intervention strategies.
3. Offer expert guidance and support to the multidisciplinary team (MDT), enhancing their understanding of neurodiversity and evaluating the necessity for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) diagnoses.
4. Provide supervision, support, and leadership to team members, ensuring the consistent application of best practices in assessment and intervention.
5. Deliver expert advice and consultation on psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues and other caregivers, improving the overall quality of care within the services.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of services, particularly in the area of neurodiversity, ensuring compliance with professional guidelines and organizational policies.

Requirements:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) and registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Extensive experience in conducting neurodevelopmental assessments and working with children and adolescents in similar environments.
- Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities, with the ability to mentor and support a multidisciplinary team.
- Expertise in ASD and ADHD diagnostic procedures.
- Comprehensive understanding of neurodiversity and the psychological care of children and adolescents.
