Financial Controller

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join one of our esteemed clients in the Beverley area on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an AAT qualified professional to work closely with the Financial Manager in a fast-paced finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and budgets
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the Financial Manager to achieve financial goals
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a finance function
- Studying towards a qualified accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
- Proficient in IT software, especially Excel
