About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Avon Search & Selection. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care and promote independence and dignity for individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Strong leadership and management qualities
  • Dynamic and flexible approach to the role
