As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), your responsibilities will include planning and delivering learning activities, leading classes during PPA time and teacher absences, and monitoring pupils' progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare or collaborate on lesson resources with the teacher.
  • Cover the class and deliver planned work in the teacher's absence.
  • Maintain a controlled and safe environment in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to organise appropriate activities.

  • HLTA qualified - Level 3/4 upwards.
