Job Title: Airside Coordinator

Class 1 Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Airside Coordinator to join our team at Heathrow Airport.

Job Summary:

The Airside Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of goods to aircrafts. This will involve working closely with the transport department to coordinate the movement of goods, as well as communicating with shift managers to confirm the accuracy of delivered goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the movement of goods to and from aircrafts
  • Work closely with the transport department to ensure efficient delivery of goods
  • Communicate with shift managers to confirm the accuracy of delivered goods
  • Ensure that all airside loaders on shift are working under time pressures to meet customer needs
  • Anticipate and address any issues that may arise during the delivery process
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and have a strong attention to detail.
