As a Top-up Driver, you are responsible for the execution of delivery of items to our partners Airside. You will be organized and precise with your work ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements. You will be fully aware of what is expected of you as a Driver at DO & CO when engaging with our partners. You will play a major part in supporting and engaging with the DO & CO family to deliver exceptional food and service, maintaining the high reputation of DO & CO with our partners. You will learn how to become a leader, enjoy taking full responsibility for your actions and encourage team success.
- Dependable Driver who is always striving for success and looking to exceed production targets and expectations whilst maintaining the collectiveness of the team and culture of DO & CO
- Ensuring all Driver regulations are adhered to, vehicles are kept clean & safe to high standards and any defects are accurately reported
- Willing to contribute and take a hands-on approach to any task
- Loading, Unloading and Storing
- You will be someone with great communication skills and works well in a large team, while being ready to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to give our partners a great service.
- Communicating with Loaders and Flight Coordinators airside ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and any issues reported
- Ensuring the area of operation is a safe place to work and be a role model in adhering to all policies (Site Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental and Security policies)
- Provide exceptionally high-class service to our customer, delivering goods on time to specification and an accurate handover
- Taking responsibility for all your actions, support your team, and celebrate successes as a family
- Always Upholding an excellent company image and representation

**Qualifications**
- A valid driving licence and previous driving experience with a clean, checkable 5-year history
- Passion for food and motivation to deliver exceptional service
- Well presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team success
- Be able to build strong relationships with DO & CO Family members, creating a team spirit, encouraging everyone around you to be at their best
- You will be someone with great communication skills, written and verbal English, and works well in a team, while being ready to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to give our partners great service.
- Flexible in the way you think, making decisions efficiently and handling change to ensure everything we do is right for our partners and the DO & CO family
- Energy and drive to deliver results beyond expectations and have a problem-solving mentality
