Key Responsibilities- Ensure Safety and Quality: Actively lead by example to deliver a zero-accident culture and ensure all areas under your control adhere to relevant health and safety and environmental legislation, rules, and standards.
- Maximize Performance: Action and support the team to exceed all defined KPIs for the shift, including quality, capacity, waste reduction, yield, and labor.
- Lead from the Front: Demonstrate a flexible and committed approach to leading the team, promoting high standards of GMP, and maintaining an audit-ready state.
- Develop and Implement Processes: Enhance controls, processes, and systems to improve performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the team to anticipate and provide solutions, train and support team members, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Relevant Experience: Proven management/supervisory experience in a FMCG environment, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve exceptional results.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial measures, controls, and day-to-day data, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
- Technical Skills: Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
